Two weeks after two men were gunned down outside a Chinatown restaurant, police have made an arrest in the case.
Chief Mark Saunders says 25 year old Kyle Sparks-McKinnon was arrested on Thursday.
He’s been charged with 2 counts of murder and 3 counts of attempted murder.
David Michael Eminess and Quinn Taylor were both shot to death outside the New Ho King restaurant on Spadina Avenue on January 31.
Three others were injured in the shooting including two bystanders.
All three have been released from hospital.
25 year old man has been arrested and charged on two counts of 2nd degree murder and 23 counts of attempted murder.
Police still asking the public to come forward.
