72 Year-old Woman Pedestrian Pronounced Dead at Tobermory Drive Between Jane St and Finch Ave

An elderly female pedestrian has now died after being struck by a vehicle in the city’s north end.

It happened near Jane Street and Finch Avenue West around 10:30 a.m at Tobermory Drive.

It’s not known if the driver of the vehicle remained on scene.

There’s no word on the cause of the accident or if charges will be laid.

The victim is believed to be in her 70′s.
