Suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of Mamadou Drame, 25, of Toronto

Toronto Police have released video from a fatal shooting in March as they seek help from the public to identify a suspect.

On March 21 at 7:40 p.m., officers were called for the sound of gunshots at O’Keefe Lane and Gould St. near Ryerson University.

Police say a man carrying a handgun had an altercation with the victim, who has been identified as Mamadou Drame, 25, of Toronto.

The victim was shot during the confrontation and died

The suspect fled north on O’Keefe Lane to Gerrard St.

The man is described as in his 20s, about 5-foot-10 with a medium build and wearing thick black-framed glasses.
