Toronto investigators need help identifying a group of men wanted for the attempted murder of a man, 27, near Bloor St. W. and Spadina Ave. on Sept. 23, 2018



Toronto Police have released security camera images to help catch multiple men in an attempted murder investigation.

Police report that on Sept. 23, around 2 :15 a.m., a group of men got into a fight over a spilled drink at a pub in the area of Madison Ave. and Bloor St. W.

Both groups were kicked out of the pub and one of the groups followed a 27-year-old man and his friends to a nearby parking lot.

The man was stabbed with a knife and repeatedly kicked and punched in the head.

While the victim was on the ground one of the suspects picked up a bolder and slammed it down on him.

The victim, who lost consciousness, suffered life-threatening injuries, police say.
