TORONTO — Police say two people have been hurt in an early morning shooting at a downtown Toronto club.
Investigators say both have been taken to hospital, and one is considered a suspect.
They say more than a hundred people were inside the COBRA nightclub
at the time of the shooting. One of the injured is a bouncer at the
club, CBC reported.
Meanwhile, police continue to investigate a shooting in the city’s northeast that left a man with critical head injuries.
Police say the man was shot in the head and shoulder around 7 p.m.
Thursday night in a parking garage near Sheppard Avenue East and Don
Mills Road.
He remains in hospital after undergoing emergency surgery.
