Toronto Police have arrested a suspect wanted for allegedly shooting a firearm through an apartment door on Christmas Day, striking a man.
Late in the evening of Dec. 25, police responded to an apartment in the area of Kennedy Rd. and Sheppard Ave. E. where a gun had been fired through the door of a residence with several people inside.
A 42-year-old man was struck by a bullet, but his injuries were non-life-threatening.
On Thursday, police arrested Marlon Green, 35, of Toronto, and charged him with attempt murder with a firearm and discharge a firearm with intent.
