Leo Soloman Martin, 28, of Toronto, wanted for attempted murder for a shooting near Vaughan Rd. and Oakwood Ave. on Jan. 1, 2019
A 28-year-old man is now sought for a New Year’s Day shooting outside an after-hours club.
Toronto Police say Leo Soloman Martin is wanted for the shooting that occurred near Oakwood Ave. and Vaughan Rd. just after 5 a.m. on Jan. 1.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was rushed to hospital where he was stabilized.
Police revealed Friday that a warrant has been issued for Martin’s arrest on charges of attempted murder and firearms offences.
Martin is considered armed and dangerous and shouldn’t be approached, police said.
Police also cautioned that anyone who assists the suspect in evading arrest could face criminal charges.
