Cops have identified the teenage victim of a deadly Canada Day shooting in Kensington Market.
Marcel Teme was one of four victims shot when gunfire erupted just before 10:30 p.m. near College St. and Augusta Ave. on July 1.
The 19-year-old Toronto resident was rushed to a trauma centre with multiple gunshot wounds and died in hospital three days later.
Teme is the city’s 52nd homicide of 2018.
There were 66 murders in all of 2017.
Detectives have said there were many witnesses in the trendy area at the time of the shooting and urged them to come forward.
Four people were seen fleeing the scene of the shooting.
