Toronto drive-by shooting in Flemingdon Park seriously injures male


Police are looking for suspects after a drive-by shooting in Flemingdon Park overnight.

A little after 1:30 a.m. Friday, an SUV pulled up beside a rideshare vehicle at the intersection of Don Mills Rd. and Gateway Blvd.

Two male suspects then opened fire at the vehicle’s passenger.

The driver of the rideshare vehicle sped away from the SUV towards the parking lot of the Ontario Science Centre, where they met emergency crews.

The passenger was transported to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

As the investigation continues, no suspect information or vehicle descriptions have yet been released by police.
