Toronto Police are looking for the public’s help after a young woman
was sexually assaulted late Saturday night in the Ryerson Avenue and
Queen Street area.
Police say at around midnight the 25 year old was struck from behind and dragged into Linda Griffith Laneway.
The suspect then allegedly sexually assaulted her and only stopped when a passer-by noticed.
The suspect is described as white, 30-40, 5’11″, chubby build, approximately 250 lbs., with short ,wavy black-or-dark-brown hair, unshaven, with a large nose, wearing a dark, hooded sweater, dark-gray track pants and dark shoes.
Police are appealing to witnesses who may have been in the area at the time of the assault to contact police.
